Details / requirements:
A US-based is seeking few Software Engineers, Project Managers, to develop applications for our Enterprise clients in the USA. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, experienced, and growing team.
Project Managers - 2
Position Type: Full Time
- Create & manage project plans
- define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives
- Help project team with the design and development tasks
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution
- Manage risk tracking process
- Monitor and manage scope and project deliverables
- Work multiple projects simultaneously
- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management

- Overall experience range- 7-10 years.
- Exposure to Identity and access management and cybersecurity.
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge

Software Engineers – Web Applications (.NET, C#, JavaScript) / (Java, Spring Framework, JavaScript) / (PHP, Wordpress/Laravel/Drupal, JavaScript) - 6
Position Type: Full Time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and Develop web-based software applications under guidance from Principal Software Engineer and founder.
- Build User Interface based on specifications provided by UX
- Communicate with other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
- Produce high-quality code with backing Unit Tests.
- Work in an Agile team that practices Scrum.
Basic Qualifications:
- Competence in developing web applications using Microsoft Stack (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET CORE, and SQL Server)
- Or Java (Java, Spring Framework, Maven, Gradle)
- Or PHP (PHP, WordPress / Drupal / Laravel)
- Or popular front-end JavaScript frameworks – (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
- 1+ years of experience that shows some progression. Good English Language Skills both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (BE, BCA, BIM, BBIS).
- Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure or AWS or a similar cloud environment.
- RESTful Web API. OpenAPI specification (previously Swagger).
