Okhati is health tech company. Our flagship product is called Okhati which comprises of appointment, EMR, lab, pharmacy, billing and campaign module. Okhati Solution is a legally established company in Nepal with its office in Teku, Kathmandu. The operations of the company spans to different parts of the world including Nepal, Finland, and India. Okhati was initiated by 4 Nepali individuals who live in Finland working in renowned IT & software companies for more than 10 years. They have dedicated most of their life in helping to integrate digital systems in various health organizations there and now have brought back their knowledge and expertise in to their home-country to introduce state of the art technology in Nepal. The company currently employs 22 staffs in its head office in Kathmandu, Helsinki (Finland) and Mumbai (India).

Job Description
Okhati is a fast-growing and well-funded company. We welcome about six new customers every week! To keep up with this growth, we are hiring support engineers all over Nepal to help new customers set up and use our software effectively.
What You Will Do:
Make sure customers understand how to use our product easily.
Guide new customers step-by-step through the setup (on-boarding) process.
Travel within your city for in-person setup. After that, you can give support online.
Enjoy meeting new people and teaching them how to use the software.
Join the sales team during their customer visits to offer support and build relationships.
Your Main Tasks:
Set up the Okhati software based on what each customer needs.
Help customers solve problems using our software.
Teach customers and their team how to use the software every day.
Provide ongoing support to all existing customers.
Learn how to sell the software to new customers over time.
What You Need:
A two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and a laptop.
Good communication skills (speaking and writing).
Basic understanding of how software works.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to fix issues quickly.
Friendly and patient with customers over phone or video calls.
Selection Process:
We will call a few candidates for an initial screening.
A 30-minute video interview will be conducted by the support lead.
Selected candidates will come to our Kathmandu office for one week of training.
You will sign a working agreement at the end of the training.
