Social Media Sales Intern

Position: Social Media Sales Intern

(Part-Time - 15 hours/week)

Work Hours: 

10am-1pm: Monday - Friday (negotiable)

Saturday & Sunday: Off

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service

  • Manages customer queries in social media (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Close sales

  • Handle office phone calls and emails 

  • Manage deliveries - prepare packages, arrange deliveries, pay delivery staff 

• Marketing

  • Work with supervisor to create and execute marketing strategies for social media

  • Manage photoshoot sessions 

  • Post on social media

• Inventory Management

  • Update stock records daily

  • Do coding, pricing, tagging on products 

  • Ensure proper and neat arrangement of products in storage 

• Accounting

  • Update sales & expenses report daily 

  • Maintain effective filing systems for receipts, documents in office and in cloud

  • Submit tasks/feedback report daily

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 1-year experience in sales and customer service

• Fluent in English and Nepali (speaking, writing)

• Passionate about self-development
