Job Description

• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices
• Understand company needs to define system specifications
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Build an internal technical documentation, manuals for the use of Salesforce (CRM and Marketing Automation) across departments and projects
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
• Comply with data integrity and security policies

Requirement

• Apex development
• Visualforcepagedevelopment
• Proven experience as a technical Technical Project Manager, IT Manager or CRM Specialist
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems and applications - preferably experience with Salesforce
• Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Should have worked with an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com
• Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
• Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
• Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Associate’s degree or BSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred
• Certification (e.g. Salesforce certified) is a plus
