Job Skills & Competencies Required

  • Ability to think analytically, assume responsibility, coordinate with others, work independently and establish priorities. 
  • Demonstrated program management, coordination, teamwork, and planning skills with proven ability to function effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English, including excellent facilitation skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a complex environment. 
  • Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
  • 4-5 years of work experience in Heavy Equipment or Commercial Vehicle.
  • Experience working with engineers and technicians.
  • Knowledge of the local and international job market.
  • Two – Wheeler Driving License is must.

Officer-Finance & Accounts

Location: Pokhara

Job Description

  • Ensure daily review of payment and receive voucher and all other statement prior to month closing
  • Ensure daily vouchering in system and assure accuracy through regular verification.
  • Ensure fixed assets purchase entries is made properly and updated in the system.
  • Make an entry of assets in ERP as per assets card number provided by administration department. 
  • Prepare monthly TDS and VAT reconciliation statement & ensure payment and process for filing written
  • Ensure billing is as per accounting standards and MAW Practices
  • Assure monthly reconciliations of VAT and TDS 
  • Escalate the unsolved issues to higher authorities for further actions.
  • Prepare monthly payment list and assure availability of Fund
  • Project employee salary & allowances expenses on the basis of previous month salary and new joined and left employee salary.  
  • Project administration expenses on the basis of budget, previous month expenses and advance payment.
  • Finalize monthly Trial Balance. 
  • Compile budget verses MIS and provide comment of variances, if any.
  • Prepare ledger statement of receivable, payable and general ledger for ledger scrutiny.

Job Skills & Competencies Required

  • Ability to think analytically, assume responsibility, coordinate with others, work independently and establish priorities. 
  • Should have an knowledge of accounting, budget and cost control, purchasing and logistics and at least 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting, VAT, TDS

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a complex environment.

Service Engineer (Electrical)

Location: - Chitwan

Job Description:

  • Attend the machine and repair as required and instructed by the Service Coordinator
  • Visit of the defective machines and repair/ maintain as advised
  • Maintain the records of maintenance and update as required
  • Assure availability of all records as per requirements
  • Attend the AMC Machines as per the instruction of Supervisor
  • Machine Visits as per target given

Job Skills & Competencies Required

  • Intermediate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years related field experience in Heavy Equipment/ Commercial Vehicle.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a team and under pressures
  • Should be able to achieve targets.
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Two – Wheeler Driving License is must.

Parts Executive

Location: - Birtamode

Job Description:

  • To Maintain the stock and assure purchase entry in the system.
  • Prepare a list of inventory requirement from SVR, check inventory, prepare quotation.
  • Prepare a list of regular customers and goodwill customers
  • Assure the minimum stock level of parts
  • Communicate quotation to customer and get confirmation/ PO from customer
  • Follow up for potential customer /Daily service/ AMC customer for parts and service sales
  • Follow up courier /transport for the timely delivery of parts
  • Segregation of fast, medium and slow-moving spares and store accordingly
  • Dispatch the spare parts to branch office after proper documentation

Job Skills & Competencies Required

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Studies/Administration.
  • Minimum experience of 1-2 years related field experience in Spare Parts.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a team and under pressures
  • Should be able to achieve targets.
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills.
