Sales Officer – 1 Nos.
Roles and Responsibility
- Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
- Stay with current changes and developments in the Cloud Computing industry.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers in person, via telephone calls and emails.
- Cold and warm calling clients to secure meeting appointments and demonstrations
- Proper Supervision and Guiding the subordinates.
- Taking the lead in strategy planning for your accounts and help the subordinates.
- Working towards revenue targets and KPIs for number of calls, meetings and converted leads
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and have superior conflict management skill.
Requirements:
- Strong outbound B2B cold-calling experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing
- Field sales experience (ideally a minimum of 2 years)
- A background within technology or software solution sales is plus
- Experience of presenting sales pitches, hosting online/conference calls and running demos with clients
- A creative approach to solving problems
- A passion for sales and winning new business
- The drive and motivation to exceed sales targets
- The ability to clearly and concisely explain complex digital solutions
- A desire to accelerate your career within account management and field sales
- A passion for the technology industry.
Jr. Sales Officers: 2 Nos
Roles and Responsibility
- Achieve profitable sales growth objectives.
- Presenting strong selling skills, develop and understand customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationship with key individuals
- Identify potential customers and set strategies to attract and maintain them
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling the company’s products
- Conduct high level of customer service by responding to their inquires in timely and professional manner.
- Deliver effective presentation during customer meetings and make regular follow-ups for sales conversion.
- Attend and participate in trade shows, regional and company meetings and conference calls as and when required
- Complete weekly activity reports, expense reports and any requested information as directed by your supervisor.
- Attending client meetings in and around Kathmandu Valley
Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree would be and added advantage. Fresher’s can also apply.
- Outside sales experience would be and added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Strong Computer knowledge Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Antivirus, etc
- Prefer to travel (80% field work)
- Result oriented, Customer focused and should be able to set priorities.
- Should be adoptive to new technologies.
