Nikhil Multi Services (P) Ltd  is looking for competent candidates to work as Sales & Marketing Officer in Training Center located in Macchapokhari, Balaju, Kathmandu, Nepal 

Job Details

• Identifying new sales leads;
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Tasks

• Researching company and individuals  to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Build effective relationships with client 
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan 

Requirements

• Preferably bachelors but candidates with +2 and related experience can Apply
• Strong communication 
• Knowledge about recruitment Business
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management and organization
• Two-wheeler license
