Sabha International Trading The business experience behind Santabahadur Bharatbahadur dates back to as old as 75 years. It transferred to generations from the forefathers who used to run family business in Kathmandu.When the scope of business in Kathmandu was limited to few ranges of products like food grains, agricultural products and cloths. In the beginning it was involved in wholesaling of pulses, dry foods and medicinal herbs up to the year 1959. In order to run business in organized way and to meet the rules and regulation of the Government, the business firm was registered under the name of Santabahadur medicinal herbs, biscuits, confectionery and canned foods. The range of products coverage included popular biscuites of that time as Parle, J.B. Mangaram, Dalmia and other products of Duarala Confectioneries and also products like Fancy Sugar, Coffee sugar, Icing Sugar and Sugar cubes. Later on, diversification was made towards Agro business. As 90% of the total country populations awere dependent on agriculture and the organizations involved in agro business could be counted at fingertips. In the initial period of the establishment of Agriclture Supply Corporaiton (a Government Undertaking) Santabahdur Bharatbahadur played a prominent role as a supplier of potash fertilizer and insecticides. From that time it has been working as an agent of Canadian Canpotex Limited, Canada In the recent years, there has been tremendous increase in the number of companies that we are working for. Hence, to provide intensive attention on marketing it had been necessary to establish separate entity specializing in particular trading business apart from our regular field. As a result Shrestha Trading Group (Pvt.) Ltd. was established in teh year 1998. Since 16th July 2001, we have changed the name from Santabahadur Bharatbahadur to SABHA INTERNAIONAL TRADING. Currently, We are working as a Super Distributor for a large number of reputed manufacturers in Agriculture, Veterinary field and Auto Care Products which is clearly revealed by the list mentioned below. A Candidate should be goal oriented, persuasive and able to work well both independently and as part of team having pleasant personality and appearance with excellent communication skill and desire to sell is encourage to apply for the following vacancy position of M/S Guybro Chemical, Mumbai.

01. Vacancy Position: Sales Executive (Sales @ Marketing of Veterinary Products)

02. H.Q. Location: Kathmandu & Narayanghat (Chitwan)

03. Education Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree in science preferably B. Sc. Ag or BVSc & AH.

04. Experience: Previous sales experience of 2-3 years is desirable. However, fresh brilliant candidate can apply.

05. Other Requirements: Candidate should have own motorbike and valid driving licence. Willing to travel extensively in field and manages his own territory on scheduled time.

06. Job Description: The Sales Executive is responsible to the ASM and the company's sales and merchandising operations come almost entirely from the results generated by the Sales Executive with the trade.

All territories require approximately the same amount of work. There are obvious differences in nature, size geography etc. However, the Sales Executive is expected to cover his territory in accordance with established norms.

He is given every encouragement and assistance by his Manager & will be supported by first class products and a sound organization.

A) Responsible for the achievement of sales target of his territory
B) Implementation of sales plan.
C) Implementation of promotion plans ( proper utilization of the inputs)
D) To work in the field doing detailing, retailing and stockiest handling.
E) To develop wholesalers net work.
F) To prepare daily call reports, tour plan & RSP (Rolling Sales Plan)
G) Responsible for timely payments by the parties from each territory (outstanding).
H) Competitor's activity feed back to H.O. from the field.
I) Maintenance of wholesalers inventory.
J) Responsible for secondary sales / Personal Order Booking (POB)
K) Identify problem in distribution system.
L) Feedback regarding acceptance or our existing product and suggestions

07. Cost to company (CTC): Minimum 12 K/ Month to fresher & lucrative increment for the deserving experience candidate on their present salary and perks.
