SALES EXECUTIVE

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who will represent us as we target Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and UK based companies. The Sales Executive will actively help the Sales Manager with pre-sales activities.

This is a unique opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive to join a passionate team developing a truly innovative and high potential business. The Sales Executive will be involved to actively chase the payments from leads and will work with the Customer Success team to ensure proper onboarding of customers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain sales records and prospect status on the CRM platform. 
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to forecast and allocate resources for new prospects, requests, and requirement
  • Work with the Sales Manager to prioritise prospects
  • Support pre-sales activities via emails, calls and help chase payments
  • Forecast own sales activity, revenue achievement and provide updates to the team 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year experience in selling to small and medium enterprises. 
  • BBA/BBS or equivalent work experience
  • Account management experience and experience in building and nurturing longer-term relationships with clients. 
  • Strong client service values reflected in a ‘client first’ mindset
  • ‘Self-starter’:be able to work with and reach out to clients independently
  • Able to understand and explain simple technology solutions
  • Good written and verbal English is must
