Sales & Customer Service Officer 
Mitahara is recruiting a highly qualified and dynamic Nepali citizen in order to impact a larger number of people through our Diet clinic and Food and Nutrition Education Program. The Sales & Customer Service Officer will be mainly responsible for responding phone calls, handling inquiries in social media and promoting Mitahara’s products and services. Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care and customer acquisition. 

Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
• Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets 
• Ability to create and deliver client presentations
• Expert in time management and personal organization
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or related field as preferred

Benefits and Salary: The salary will be offered as per the experience of the applicant and it will be negotiable. In addition to basic salary, as an employee of Mitahara you will get additional benefits such as health insurance, leaves, Employee Provident Fund as per the HR policy of Mitahara.
