Gurkha Jewellers and Bullion 

Gurkha is a designer and manufacturer of unique gold & silver jewelry. We make many different designs in the form of earnings, pins, chain, traditional design, necklace, bangles, pendants etc. All of the products are designed and manufactured by famous designers covering worldwide. Almost more than 5 years of history for providing services Gurkha Jewellers has got branches in UK and one branch in Nepal.

Gurkha will be focusing on two distinct groups of customers. One is the end consumer; the other is galleries, to be used as a distribution channel.

The end consumer will be interacting with us via our outlets or website as well as through personal contact at exhibitions/shows. The jewellery shops will also be met through the marketing, exhibitions and shows. At these events a long term relationship will be entered into so that the shops become a retail distribution channel for GURKHA JEWELLERY Design. Additionally, Gurkha will be traveling the country meeting with different galleries and setting up retailing relationships with them, organizing jewellery shows and campaigning in different gatherings.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Have good knowledge on using social media sites for sales and promotion

·         Greets and meets customers on arrival at the shop

·         Listens attentively to a customer’s needs and gives explicit explanation to satisfy such a customer

·         Presents the customer with the needed jewellery and provides information, such as pricing; and gives a discount if need be

·         Helps in the daily display of all items that are available for sale in the shop

·         Entertains customers and answers questions respectfully

·         Ensures regular increase in sales of jewellery products

·         Achieves goals set by the employer

JOB REQUIREMNETS

·         Must have good knowledge of all social media sites for digital sales and marketing

·         Must have excellent knowledge of jewelry products

·         Must be able to dress professionally at all times

·         Possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms

·         Must have the ability to satisfy customers

·         Computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, will be key

·         Must be able to perform basic financial calculations

·         Exceptional sales skills will be an added advantage

·         Excellent customer service skills will be of great importance

Other Specifications

• 2 wheelers with a license will be added benefit.
• Few months of work experience in sales field will be preferred
• Extra pay for Overtime

Work Time (day shift): 10am - 6pm 

Work Time (Night shift): 4pm - 12am 

Holiday: any one day of the week

Salary increments yearly.
