Job Description
- Regular follow up with both existing and potential clients to meet the set targets.
- Maintain a complete database of the clientele as per the requirement of your work.
- Make a marketing strategy to promote and sell various other product and services of our company.
- Need to take self-initiative to accomplish the given targets on a timely basis.
- Promote our company brand in social networking websites like facebook, twitter, etc.
- Coordinate with Field Installation Team to endure smooth service installation at Customer premise.
- Explain product package to the customer.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Develop marketing Strategies implementing them.
- Develop and implement agreed upon marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the customer base in the marketing area.
- Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
- Dealing with inquiries and complaints.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
