Preparation of 3D Animation video of Abattoir (Modern Slaughterhouse) in Biratnagar

Heifer Project Nepal (HPN) is a non-profit and humanitarian organization dedicated to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth. 

Abattoir Development: As a major component of its Strengthening Smallholder Enterprises of Livestock Value Chain for Poverty Reduction and Economic Growth in Nepal II (SLVC II) project Heifer is facilitating development of 5 modern goat abattoirs in 5 major cities across Nepal. The abattoirs are envisioned to be implemented in Public, Private and Producer Partnership (4P) model.

Scope of work

The objective of the animation video is to make a better visual presentation of the abattoir site for the stakeholders. The animation will also assist the program team during the farmers’ and the meat entrepreneurs’ abattoir orientation sessions. 

Following is the non-exhaustive list of expected activities and requirements in the animated video: 

• Preparation of a walk through view of the entire plant complex as per proposed layout.
• Preparation of a Bird’s Eye view model at the end of the video to show the aerial view of the complete plant complex as per proposed layout.
• Video should show every structural component of the plant area. 
• Video should show the greenery part inside the plant complex. 
• Video should show human movement inside the plant.
• Video should show vehicle movement inside the plant.
• Total allocated period for the completion of assignment-20 days 
  

Necessary maps of the abattoir sites if required for preparation of proposal will be provided upon applicants’ request at heifer.nepal@heifer.org

Total Video Duration: 3 minutes - 4 minutes

Terms of Payment: 

• Total amount will be paid upon the satisfactory submission of final video
