Abt Associates Inc. (Abt) invites qualified, experienced, and interested Nepalese Organizations/Consulting Firms to submit a technical and cost proposal for the USAID’s Sajhedari – Support to Federalism project for Annual Perception Survey for ten municipalities in Lumbini and Sudur Paschim. 

Please send an email request to: procurement@stfnepal.org for a copy of Request for Subcontract Proposal (RFP) with RFP-STF-009 in the subject line.

Interested and qualified Nepalese Organizations/Consulting Firms should submit their final proposals by/before 5 PM local time on June 29, 2021. 

Interested parties can ask for any clarification/questions by email at procurement@stfnepal.org  before/by 1 PM local time on June 18, 2021. 

A webinar on the RFP will be organized on June 21, 2021,at 2 PM. Link to join the webinar will be shared with registered participants only. Please confirm your participation at procurement@stfnepal.org by/before 5 PM local time on June 18, 2021.
