REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

DAI for USAID Tayar Nepal Project request for proposals from interested potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

USAID Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project will strengthen the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster preparedness and response, is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI). The USAID Tayar Nepal seeks service from firm/individual (service provider):  

1. To install Street Solar Lights in all 12 wards of Godawari municipality. 
2. To install Street Solar Lights in Suspa, Ward 1 of Bhimeshwor municipality. 
3. To install Street Solar Lights in Bagaura Modern Village, ward 2 and Roadside Plantation work in ward 5 of Lamkichuha Municipality
4. Roadside plantation, Installation of Waste Collection Bin and Resting Station in Birendranagar Municipality

Interested bidders may obtain complete solicitation (RFP) documents by emailing and request to TAYARTechProcurement@dai.com and include the RFP reference in the subject line on or before January 17, 2022, 5:00 pm, Nepal time. DAI will only respond to written questions regarding this RFP through the email address: TayarTechProcurement@dai.com and any questions must be submitted by January 18, 2022, 5 pm Nepal Time.

The proposal should be submitted by email to TayarProcurementINBOX@dai.com, labeled with RFP reference #, on or before January 21, 2022, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.
