Himalaya Conservation Group Nepal (HCG) in collaboration with Oxfam Nepal and local partners is implementing a project titled: “Enhancing CSOs roles as key development partners for climate resilient policies and practices in Province-2”. It aims to benefit the population in target province and catchment areas from improved climate governance by strengthening Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), ensuring the accountability of local government and enabling partnership for inclusive, and climate sensitive actions.The project is sponsored by the European Union (EU) and implemented as a lead partner by Oxfam Nepal, along with three other local partners, including HCG.

Thus, HCG issoliciting proposals for the Baseline Study of Enhancing CSOs roles as key development partners for climate resilient policies and practices in Province-2 from the qualified individual/firms with relevant expertise and experience as per the Terms of Reference (TOR).

Interested and eligible consultancy firms/companies or individuals are requested to submit their Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal files SEPARATELY via email, to HCG Procurement Unit: procurementhcg@gmail.com.
