Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or any field
  • At least 1-year experience in HR (direct experience in the recruitment will be preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail and be meticulous
  • Problem- solving skill, out-come focused takes initiative 
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision 

  • Excellent time management skill and the ability to multiple task
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs and Sheets)
  • Great Attitude and a team player 

Exciting Stuff you'll be doing: 

  • Work with the recruitment team to meet the recruitment goals for each new quarter 
  • Maintaining and updating the screening sheets for each of the hirings
  • Assist in resume and phone screening
  •  Following up with candidates and hiring managers and workflow managers  for skills test, interview, trials, etc
  • Assist in conducting skills test, trials and interview and send follow up reminders 
  • Arrange with Hiring managers/Workflow managers for their interview/trial time availabilities
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires 
  • Assist in preparing and sending out Recruitment weekly updates and Recruitment Reports to the concerned stakeholders 
  • Assist in maintaining the drive for each of the new hires’ hiring documents; follow up with the reminders 
  • Maintain and update the Recruitment Report for each quarter and annually
  • Assist in updating the Career Page on HLE Nepal’s website
  • Assist in planning and coordination for College and Placement visits
  • Maintain the recruitment merchandise stock as well as making sure they are in good working order (flyers, flex stand, key chains, t-shirts, pens etc)
  • Assist in posting open positions in job portals
