Job Location: BRP Group Office, Baluwatar

Job Description:

• Receive telephone calls and transfer to the concerned members for screening the calls
• Receive message if required members is not available for transferring the messages
• Make a call as per request for smooth functioning of official purpose
• Handle complaints regarding telephone calls and visitors to maintain the good will of the organization
• Receive visitors for understanding the purpose of visit and allow them to meet the concern member
• Give visitors message to the concern member if he/she is not available when visitors visit for delivering the important message of visitors
• Receive and deliver official documents to the concern member for smooth functioning of official purposes
• Send Couriers and mails as per the request for smooth functioning of official purposes
• Take care of PABX system to ensure the Intercom connections
• Type Letters and documents
• Maintain work environment of Office Area
