Project Manager/Sr.Civil Engineer/ Civil Engineer 

Job Description 

• Manage, co-ordinate and supervise overall construction projects.
• Directs project team and client compliance with contract terms and monitors subcontractors' compliance with contractual commitments.
• Prepares project work plan, scope, schedule and budget, and communicates these to project team members; monitors project production for compliance with schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Monitors reports and schedules to ensure appropriate charging of man-hours, costs and expenses to projects, and to communicate project progress/status to senior management.
• Schedules and coordinates project meetings with the project team, regulatory agencies, the client, and others involved with the projects.
• Reports financial status of projects to Management. 
• Supervise technical professionals, associate project members and design staff including workload and staffing management.
• Any roles and responsibilities that arises in the course of project implementation. 
• Assessing the sustainability and environmental impacts of the project. 

Education 

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Master’s degree (Preferred) 

Experience 

• Minimum (7-20) years of working experience in road, bridge and building project. 5 years of proven work experience in road project is a must. 

Additional Skills 

• Thorough understanding of technical solution that helps the project actively reduce the negative impact on the environment. 
• Deep understanding of Nepal’s safety regulation and participation in project safety management and participated in project safety management. 
• Experience in the safety related management rules and statement.

Among the five, one candidate will be hired as Project Manager based on his experience, abilities and qualities to run an overall project. One of the engineer will be hired as Chief Engineer who will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to complete project on deadline.One of the engineer will be considered as Q & A engineer where one would be responsible for ensuring quality of the project and one of the engineer will be working as Safety Engineer who will be actively participating in project Safety management. Environmental engineer whose responsibility is to plan, design and implement processes and system to prevent and control a range of environmental risks, also to restore and reverse environmental damage. 

Project Location: Pokhara and nearby

Project Manager will be stationed at Head office and should be travelling to project location as and when required. Other engineer will be stationed at project site as per the need.
