It has been implementing various project/programs with the funding support of different partner organizations.

KIRDARC is an NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Human Rights, Democracy and Good Governance with special focus on building capacities of right holders, duty bearers and civil society contributing to inclusive growth and fair development. It works with a vision of ‘a just and prosperous society’.

In partnership with PLAN International, KIRDARC Nepal is going to implement the SHO: COVID-19 immediate response and risk communication (vaccination awareness) project in Kalikot district. KIRDARC Nepal is seeking suitable qualified, dynamic and motivated candidates to fulfill the following vacant positions:

Position 1: Project Coordinator, 1 Person (Based in Kalikot)

Minimum Qualification and Experience:- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Public Health with at least 2 years’ experiences in NGO/INGO in health project, work with district health office, health post and community level and providing leadership on community mobilization and capacities building of community forums, monitoring and evaluation, team leadership, coordination or direct management role.

Key Skills and Knowledge required: - Skills in health equipment's use and collect quality health equipment's from vendors and good understanding of project planning, M&E process and knowledge management tools and approaches.

Position 2: Management Information System (MIS) Officer, 1 Person (Based in Kalikot)

Minimum Qualification and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Public health background and 2 years working experience or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer science or in related field with minimum of two to three years of working experience in relevant fields such as designing and deploying online database systems, information management, business analytics.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Sound knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) of health sector - Knowledge in collecting and analyzing data using latest IT tools such as mobile based data collection technologies - Demonstrated skills in operating computerized MIS – database and information management system - General knowledge in GIS based system - Skills in designing MIS tools and development of MIS software using database software.

Position 3: Project Officer, 1 Person (Based in Kalikot)

Minimum Qualification and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (BPH), Nursing, Social Science, Development Studies or relevant discipline with at least one to two years’ experience in relevant area. 

Key Skills and Knowledge required: - Skills in health equipment’s use and collect quality health equipment from vendors - Good understanding of project planning, M&E process and knowledge management tools and approaches - Good understanding of Behavior Change Communication (BCC) - Good knowledge of child and women’s rights, gender justice and contemporary development issues particularly related to health.
