Alliance against Trafficking in Women & Children in Nepal (AATWIN) is the national level network working to raise the strong and collective voice against the human trafficking. From the very beginning, it has been working for the policy change in local, national to international level. Besides, it has made great effort for the conceptual clarity among the member organizations and people in general. At present, there are 41 member organizations from different parts of the country.

It is going to implement " Prevention of child labour exploitation: strengthening capacity and surveillance on migration and trafficking " Project in 11 local level of Madesh, Lumbini and Sudurpachim Provinces with collaboration with its member organizations in the partnership with UNICEF.

AATWIN is seeking application from highly motivated, dynamic and result orientated qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions

Location: Kathmandu with field visits.

Duration: Oct 2022 – 15 May 2023

Starting Date: Immediately  

1. Project Coordinator

Job Purpose: The Project Coordinator will oversee the project with the responsibility of planning and implementation of the activities of the project at Central level and implementing districts. 

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge:

• Master’s Degree in Sociology or any other related discipline with at least 4 years of working experience in the field of human rights or development fields. 
• Report writing skills
• Good organizational, interpersonal and management skills
• Good documentation and communication skill
• Able to communicate in English and Nepali Language fluency in both written and spoken 
• Sound knowledge in computer in handling all the office packages with good typing skill both in Nepali and English 
• Flexible and committed to teamwork.

2.  Monitoring & Evaluation and Documentation Officer

Job Purpose: The position is responsible for the Monitoring and Evaluation of overall activities of the project as well as the establishment and assurance of the effective monitoring and information and documentation system of the project along with the implementation partners of the districts. 

Required Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in relevant subject preferable Development Studies, Sociology etc. with 3 years of working experience at least 1 year in Monitoring and Evaluation Section. 
• Knowledge and use of statistical tools 
• Report writing skills 
• Good organizational, interpersonal and result based management skills
• Good documentation and communication skill
• Able to communicate in English and Nepali Language fluency in both written and spoken.
• Sound knowledge in computer in handling all the office packages with good typing skill both in Nepali and English 
• Flexible and committed to teamwork.

3.  Account Assistant

Job Purpose: The Account Assistant will support the finance and administration of the project at Central level and coordinate the implementing partners in the districts.

Required Qualification:

• Higher Secondary with account major subject and at least 1 year of working experience in related field.  Bachelor’s degree with account subject will get preference
• Good organizational, interpersonal, administrative and management skills
• Sound knowledge in computer in handling all the Office software and accounting packages will be an asset
• Good typing skill both in Nepali and English 
• Able to communicate in English and Nepali Language
• Good documentation and communication skill
• Flexible and committed to teamwork
