NEEDS Nepal is a non-governmental, non-profit making, non-religious one of the leading organization established in 1999 in Kanchanpur district. Now, it has been working coverage in entire districts of Sudurpaschim province and Banke district of province # 5. The organization has prioritized; Safe Migration & Anti-Human Trafficking,  Climate & Disaster Risk Management,  Economic Development & Food Security for working thematic area. NEEDS Nepal is going to implemented a Hamro Samman project generously supported by the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the British people through the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (UK aid) and implemented by Winrock International. Its goal is to reduce the prevalence of trafficking in persons (TIP) in 10 districts of Nepal using the ‘4Ps’ framework – Prevention, Protection, Prosecution and Partnership. Hence, NEEDS Nepal announces a vacancy notice for the following positions;

Program Coordinator: 1 (Based in Project Field Office Dhangadhi): S/he is responsible for overall project management; planning, implementation, reporting, documentation, coordination, monitoring & evaluation, networking, team mobilization and technical backstop to the project. Applicants have excellent spoken and written skills in English with 05 years working experience having managerial position. Applicant should have at least master degree in rural development/sociology/management/any other development disciplines. Applicants must have working experience on the field of safe migration/anti-human trafficking, advocacy, leadership & social mobilization at least 2 years and must be able to handle office package (Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, email/internet). S/he frequently travels to project working districts Kailali and Kanchanpur.

Finance & Admin Officer-1 (Based in Project Field Office Dhangadhi):S/he is responsible for overall handling account, financial planning, financial reporting, proper documentation and administration. S/he must be able to handle office package and financial software independently. Applicant has confidence in speaking and writing in English. Applicant should have at least bachelor degree (master preferred) in accounting/finance. S/he must have at least 3 years working experience as a finance officer in I/NGO. 

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer-1 (Based in Project Field Office Dhangadhi):S/he is responsible for overall monitoring & evaluation; development form/formats, develop sub-indicators, tracking indicators, data management & analysis, develop reports and documentation of learning/innovation. Applicants have confidence in speaking and writing in English. Applicants should have at least bachelor degree (master preferred) specialization in statistics, math and any other disciplines. S/he must have at least 3 years working experience in related field. Applicants able to handle office package (Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, email/internet) and experience with database software will be asset. S/he frequently travels project working districts Kailali and Kanchanpur.
