International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization that was established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. In Nepal, INF Nepal is now providing health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim Provinces.

INF Nepal, Green Pastures Hospital & Rehabilitation Center - Pokhara, and Shining Hospital - Banke are seeking competent, skilled, service-oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who share our vision, mission, and values for the following position:

1. Physiotherapist                     Required Number: 1                     Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder is required to help people to manage and overcome physical difficulties caused by injury, illness or disability. They are responsible for meeting with patients, assessing their needs and putting together a treatment plan- using therapy, exercise and education to improve movement.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and knowledge:

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with registration in Nepal Health Professional Council.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in clinical setup or in a relevant field. Experience in teaching, research or community health with be an advantage.
• Able to keep all matters pertaining to work confidentially. To be honest and demonstrate integrity.
• Proactive approach to patient care.
• A genuine interest in helping people. Be caring, compassionate and professional at all times Assess patients in accordance with professional practice guidelines and standards.
• Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients. Fluency in oral and written English and Nepalese Language.
• Good people skills and good communication skills.
• Computer competencies – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• In agreement with the vision, mission, and values of INF

2. Consultant Dermatologist                     Required Number: 1                     Location: Shining Hospital, Banke

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder is responsible for contributing towards setting up, developing, maintaining, and enhancing the technical standard of the dermatology and leprosy care of Shining Hospital INF Banke, aiming to make SHIB a specialized hospital for the care of Leprosy and dermatology care in the western part of Nepal.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and knowledge:

• Must have an MD in Dermatology, registered at Nepal Medical Council, with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting. However, freshers can also apply.
• Able to demonstrate leadership and coordination skills to lead the clinical team.
• Practical work experience in supporting and managing general administration, procurement is an advantage.
• Must have liaison and cross-cultural skills.
• Must have good knowledge of coaching/ mentoring and a proactive approach. Must be able to work in a multi-disciplinary clinical team setting.
• Able to demonstrate INF Nepal Values in one work.
