International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serving poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and development service. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development service in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashim provinces of Nepal. 

INF Nepal Green Pasture Hospital (GPH), Pokhara, serving peoples with specialized treatment and rehabilitation services in leprosy, dermatology, spinal cord injuries & other neglected trauma, ear car, palliative care etc. is looking for qualified, skilled, service-oriented and committed Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions and values.

1.Position: Ortho & Spine Surgeon                               Required Number: 1                       Location: GPH , Pokhara  

Purpose of the Job: 

The job holder should treat patients with spine disorder medically and with surgical intervention like discectomy and instrumentation. S/he should teach juniors with clinical and surgical skill on management of spine-related disorders. The Job Holder should also contribute for long-term sustainability of the Hospital through income generation and training and development of other staff. 

Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:

• MS in Orthopedic Surgery with minimum 5 years of experience in carrying our orthopedic and spine surgery. 
• Able to carry out orthopedic surgery and spine surgery independently. 
• Skilled in discectomy and instrumentation. 

2.Position: ENT Surgeon                                      Required Number: 1                                 Location: GPH , Pokhara  

Purpose of the Job: 

The post holder will provide outpatient and surgical care for patients with ear disease to the local and visiting population and be involved with and support planned outreach work. 

Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:

• MS in ENT with minimum one year of relevant clinical experience. 
• A team player with keen interest to learn from seniors.

3.Position: Anaesthesiologist                               Required Number: 1                                Location: GPH , Pokhara  

Purpose of the Job: 

The job holder as a part of Anesthesia team will provide anesthesia within Green Pastures Hospital for all its services. 

Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:

• MD Anaesthesia qualification and having medical registration with Nepal Medical Council
• A good team player and able to maintain good interdepartmental coordination. 

4.Position: Medical Officer                                   Required Number: 2                                Location: GPH , Pokhara  

Purpose of the Job: 

The Medical Officer will work collaboratively and closely with GPH medical team to provide holistic medical care

to all the patients of GPH.

Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:

• Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) registered with Nepal Medical Council (NMC), with intern experience in appropriate clinical and teaching context.
• A good team player and able to maintain good interdepartmental coordination. 

5.Position: Speech & Language Therapist                       Required Number: 1                   Location: GPH , Pokhara  

Purpose of the Job: 

Assessment and therapy of speech and language disorders in children and adults including speech and swallowing and communication rehabilitation. He/she will provide assistance to audiology services when required.

Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:

• Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology or relevant subject and should be registered (or in process to be registered) with Nepal Health Professional Council. 
• A good team player and able to maintain good interdepartmental coordination.
