Position: Operation Manager
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Masters in related field ( MBA preferred)
- Very good operation knowledge
Experience: 3 Years + experience in the managerial and operating position.
Salary: Rs. 20,000 + Lunch (negotiable for deserving candidates)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Should be responsible for the overall operation of the company.
- Administrative responsibility of the company.
- Motive all Staffs.
- Human Resource Management
- Management of the staffs of the company.
- Motivating staffs and encouraging them towards the company goal.
- Managing disputes among the staffs and reporting it to the superiors.
- Take overall responsibility of the company
