Seto Gurans National Child Development Services, Lalitpur is a pioneer organization in the field of Early Childhood Development. It is registered as an Educational Non-Government organization. We are urgently looking for candidates in the below-mentioned positions for "Strengthening the Inclusion of Children with Disabilities in Early Childhood Education and Development (ECED) in Nepal" programs. 

Position: Office Runner/ Messenger

Nature: Central Office 

Period:  (1st July 2022- 31st Jan 2023)

Required Qualification and Experience

• Clean the office at the start of the day.
• Keep the visitors' remarks on the visitors' register 
• Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.
• Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
• Answers the telephone if necessary.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
• Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person's concern.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support. 
• Involve in account department like; bank deposit, withdrawn, and other.  
• Assisting office staff as requested.
• Able to ride bicycle (Preferred two-wheeler license holder)
