MinErgy Pvt Ltd (MinErgy) is a Nepal based consulting firm in operation since 2008. MinErgy is dedicated to improving clean energy access and energy efficiency at households and industries. Our core focuses are: i) Renewable Energy and Climate Change; ii) Brick and Built Environment and, iii) Water, Sanitation and Hygiene. Teams of enthusiastic, highly motivated and qualified professionals in technical and social dimensions in MinErgy have been providing its services in Nepal and across various countries in Asia and Africa. 

About the Project

MinErgy in partnership with Universität Innsbruck, Austria (lead) and Greentech Knowledge Solutions Pvt Ltd (GKSPL), India and Asociación Española de Normalización (UNE), Spain is implementing a four-year project BUILDING Energy Efficiency in Nepal (BEEN) with funding support from European Commission under its SWITCH-Asia Programme. The overall objective of BEEN is to contribute to the development of low-carbon and resource-efficiency in the Nepalese building sector by integrating energy efficiency (EE) and renewable energy (RE) measures in design and construction of new buildings and in retrofitting of existing buildings. 

MinErgy invites applications for the procurement of Vehicle Hire Service . This call is for establishing an agreement initially for 12 months which will be renewed annually upon delivery of satisfactory services.

Details of Vehicle

• No. of vehicle: 1
• Availability: All days including Saturday, Sundays and holidays if required. 
• Category: Electric Vehicle
• Driver: Not required
• Payment: Fixed rate on a monthly basis in advance. 
• Servicing: Will be borne by MinErgy
• Usage: Exclusively for project purpose
• Preferable: A new vehicle is preferred.

Documents to be submitted

• Suppliers should be legally registered entity. Legal business registration certificate should be submitted.
• Suppliers should have cleared taxes. Latest tax clearance certificate and tax registration certificate should be submitted.
• Supplier should have atleast 3 years of experience in providing vehicles on hire.
• Suppliers must be registered in VAT and should be able to issue a VAT bill.
• Monthly rate for vehicle hire.

Instructions for submission

• Each offer should be valid for the period of 30 days from the date of submission.
• All offers should indicate whether they include VAT
• Suppliers should ensure that financial offers are devoid of calculation errors.
• Applications with the documents and price quote should be submitted to been@minergynepal.com no later than 15th May 2022.
