You will be required to provide supports to various teams within the business. 

Multi-Tasking Client Service Executive

Operations/Customer Service/Telecalling/Backend/ Sales/ Business Development

The successful candidate will have the ability to perform the following (but not limited to):

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience working as a customer service/client management. 
  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
  • Selling Membership over the phone
  • Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
  • Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages
  • Best quality of service delivery is required while ensuring success
  • stories are shared/managed. 
  • Providing the right customer experience

The successful candidate will also require the following:

  • Have a strong desire to learn.
  • Be genuinely interested in customer/client service
  • Be well presented, with a professional outlook and have a friendly approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Have a confident and capable phone manner including email replies.
  • Work well in a team as well as autonomously.
  • Computer literate with experience using MS office.
  • Excellent verbal communication, telephone politeness, fluent in Nepali, Hindi & English, selling and telemarketing skills, convincing skills, listening skills, service orientation. 
  • Up-selling - Upgrading existing clients to next range of products
  • Suggesting new ways/methods and channels to improve MySwayambar business and provide better client service

Receptionist/Administration Support

The successful candidate will have the ability to perform the following (but not limited to):

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience working as a receptionist/ administration assistant is mandatory.
  • General reception duties including answering and directing of phone calls.
  • Meeting of clients and suppliers, directing them to appropriate staff members and making refreshments as/if required.
  • Limited banking/finance tasks. 
  • Maintain /order office supplies including stationery and amenities etc.
  • Provide assistance with general day to day administration work from other departments including data entry, invoicing, and filing. 
  • General cleaning and organizing duties to keep the offices in order.
  • Managing attendance and staff logs on a daily basis.

Graphic Designer and Social Media Presence Designer

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Establishing new and maintaining existing UI/UX design, minimal knowledge is applicable.
  • Produce social media visual graphics across a range of platforms such as photoshop, Illustrator, as well as increasing exposure across these platforms.
  • Create new or update existing artwork for flyer, brochures, advertisements and web site design 
  • Developing and/or carrying out design briefs from start to finish.
  • Highly conceptual as well as capable of delivering innovative creative ideas across multiple brands and clients.

Skills and experience

  • Formal qualifications in Graphic Design or minimum of 2-3 years design experience in Adobe products.
  • A high level of proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite of products.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of graphic design with best practices and an ability to craft unique user experiences.
  • A creative and innovative thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Is able to take and follow direction and/or design briefs but also use initiative.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Web Developer

Please note: this is not a role for someone who can only implement a theme in WordPress, this is a role for someone with proven coding abilities with an attention to detail and passion for web development.

Skills and experience

  • 3 years+ web development and Project management skills and experience.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of PHP 7, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL.
  • Solid understanding and experience with a variety of CMS and E-commerce platforms such as WordPress, CodeIgniter, Symfony or Laravel.
  • Sound knowledge of Frameworks such as Angular.js, React.js or other JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with multiple online payment and API module system
  • Ability to think fast and troubleshoot server-related issues.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities include:

  • WordPress website development from custom designs, not templates.
  • Making changes to existing websites developed in WordPress, CI, Laravel and another CMS
  • Setting up Analytics and configuring custom goals.
  • Build landing pages to support marketing campaigns including tracking codes
  • Develop custom solutions within existing web systems or from scratch.
  • Handling payment API module if require.
