Job Specification
1)Education Level: Bachelor's degree from an accredited College/University in Computer Science or equivalent.
2) Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional recent experience, developing, and shipping high quality software.
3) Salary: Based on Experience.
Required Technical Skills
Prior experience as an Android Developer using JAVA/Kotlin and Flutter. Strong Knowledge of SQLLite and able to perform CRUD operations, JOINs , and proficiency in RDBMs. Should have a strong knowledge of OOP. Some knowledge on Open Data Kit (ODK) and its customization will be plus.Required Human Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali. Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be able to achieve outcomes with broad guidance. Should be comfortable with flexible work arrangements, and working with a team dispersed across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities for the role
Engage in the development of high quality mobile applications in JAVA/Kotlin and Dart. Design precise user interface elements as approved by the design team, project management, and client representatives. Consume APIs to develop dynamic mobile pages connecting to APIs. Analyze business requirements to break them down into specific set of tasks to be worked on. Carry out preliminary testing and quality assurance of the developed system before forwarding to QA team. Coordinate with business analysts, team members and client representatives in smooth development of the systems. Carry out technical documentation of the system and code base where applicable. Use proper version control tools and maintain standard release workflows for the software system deployment. Engage in knowledge sharing and co-learning among team members in the company.Benefits
