Mobile App Developer (Flutter)

We are looking for a passionate individual with an interest in building user interfaces and experience in mobile application development using Flutter through using appropriate tools and technology for the Civi project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a selection of features in the Civi mobile app (exact feature set to be shared with finalist candidates)

• Deploy the application in Google Playstore and Apple appstore 

• Design precise user interface elements as approved by the design team, project management, and client representatives

• Consume APIs to develop dynamic mobile pages connecting to a remote database

• Carry out technical documentation of the system and code base where applicable

• Use proper version control tools and maintain standard release workflows for software system deployment

• Carry out preliminary testing and quality assurance of the developed system before forwarding it to the QA team 

• Coordinate with business analysts, team members, and client representatives in the smooth development of the systems

• Engage in knowledge sharing and co-learning among team members in the company

Education and Qualification:

• Education: Bachelors in IT with Min. 1 years as a full-time professional developer (Flutter) 

• A knack for good user experience
  

• Good oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. 

• The ability to work calmly and effectively in pressure situations and manage time effectively in a changing environment, strong conceptual and logical abilities, and strong planning and project abilities.

• Flexibility required to work with clients based in the US (early morning/late evening calls may be required)

• Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp/Asana 

• Knowledge of source code management tools such as Git & Github

  
  

  Reports to: The developer will report directly to the founder of Civi with day-to-day supervision provided by the team lead in Nepal.
