Mid UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

·       Build UX/UI that is intuitive and visually appealing by following the standard design principles and UX best practices.

·       Create wireframes and low/high-field prototype.

·       Create screen-flow, task-flow will be plus point.

·       Present designs/prototype to your Senior Designers, BA, Client and iterate based on feedback.

·       Develop quality front end code (HTML/CSS/SCSS) by following the BEM, Assistive Technology to convert the UI designs. JS/JavaScript will be plus point.

·       Seek knowledge about client use cases; ask lots of questions.

·       Help back-end developers during integration

Required Skills:

• 2+ years designing and developing modern web experiences, web application experience.

• Good knowledge of user-flows, wireframes, and visual designs.

• Ability to learn our industry, users, and clients and empathize with their priorities and needs.

• Good knowledge of user experience design, interaction design.

• Experience with modern UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma etc

• Good knowledge of CSS/SASS, HTML, Javascript, BEM, DRY CSS and Semantic Markup.

• Knowledge and understanding of accessibility standards, interaction and visual design trends, and best practices.

• Self-motivated; comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

• Able to tackle- fixes problems and meet the deadline.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process will be plus point.
