Details / requirements:

Social Development Forum (SDF) is a non-governmental organization that has been working for the past two decades to improve the social and economic conditions of women, children, youth and people with disabilities from Dalit, Janajati, Marginalized and Disadvantaged communities through meaningful participation in education, health, environment and agriculture. SDF Banke is going to implement Youth Empowerment Bulgari Project (YEBP- II) in partnership with Save the Children in Banke district. The project will be implemented in Nepalgunj sub metropolitan city. In the regards, SDF is seeking qualified, dynamic and motivated Nepali citizens on following positions for smooth implementation of the project.

1. Position: MEAL OFFICER - (Person-1)

Basic qualifications and work experience:

  • Bachelors in relevant subject from any of recognized educational institution.
  • At least 3 years working experience in I/NGOs in the field of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning sector.
  • Ability to write and speak Nepali and English languages as well as prepare reports.
  • Ability to plan programs and prepare budgets.
  • Ability to work on word, excel, PowerPoint, and email internet.
  • Having a two-wheeler vehicle driving license.
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate any work
  • Experienced in data collection, report writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, develop tools to collect the information against indicator
  • To be eligible for this position has to be a permanent resident of Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan municipality or district.

2. Position: Field Officer - (Person-1)

  • Bachelors in relevant subject from any recognized educational institution.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in I/ NGOs especially at community level.
  • Ability to write and speak Nepali and English languages and prepare reports as well.
  • Ability to plan programs and prepare budgets.
  • Ability to facilitate events, conduct presentations and prepare event reports.
  • Ability to work on word, excel, powerpoint and email internet.
  • Having a two-wheeler vehicle with driving license.
  • Having good coordination skill with simple behavior.
  • Having sound knowledge on health and nutrition.
  • To be eligible for this position has to be a permanent resident of Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan municipality or district.
