Lead Generation Executive

No. of requirement(s): 1 nos

Job Location: Lal Colony Marg, Kathmandu

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing and Sales or Business (with MBA would be preferable)
  • Min. of 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Experience with technology solutions or working with similar industry is advantageous

Technical Skills:

  • Full understanding of working system in international market
  • Strong PR in the international market will be preferred
  • Data-driven, with solid problem framing and analytical skills
  • Project Management Skill
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Package
  • Experience of using a CRM system

Behavioral Skills:

  • Good English and Presentation Skill
  • Leadership Skill
  • Communication Skill
  • Proactive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Development Team for new international projects, bids and partnership developments
  • Develop opportunities to a level where a senior sales member can quote and close business
  • Lead Generation Campaign via phone, email or relevant methods for new businesses in international market
  • Make outbound calls to high level decision makers, prospects via email and telephone to promote company’s services
  • Develop a detailed plan to hunt the potential market, track progress to ensure that proper communication and company branding are delivered on-time, within scope and within relevance requirement of client
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation which includes research and analyze market and the users in terms of their current and future requirements.
  • Demonstration and consultation meeting booking campaigns and excellent communication skill is required
  • Follow our competitors and the industry and keep abreast with best practices and new trends
