Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) is a non-profit, humanitarian organization dedicated to ending hunger and poverty and caring for earth by providing livestock, education, and other resources to help poor families become self-reliant. Knowledge Management & Communication Manager - 1

Major Roles and Responsibility:

The major function of the Knowledge Management & Communication Manager will be to ensure that the internal and external communication are in line with the vision, mission and branding of Heifer International, developing/publishing communication materials, knowledge management and documentation, and other essential duties.  Knowledge Management & Communication Manager will work in coordination with the Heifer’s Global Communication Department and Country team along with Knowledge and Information Manager-Asia. 

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or relevant field plus seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements

Preferred Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or relevant field plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
