Requirements
We are looking for a WordPress Developer (Customer Support role) having basic knowledge of WordPress Plugins, Themes, and WordPress core.
- 1+ years of experience in WordPress.
- Basic Knowledge of WordPress, Themes, Plugin anatomy, and WordPress coding standards and hooks.
- Should have knowledge of PHP, Javascript and Mysql database.
- Basic knowledge of Git, SVN
- Should be able to work in a team with good communication.
- Good command over written English so that you can communicate and provide support to customers effectively.
- Quick learner with zeal to excel on the tasks assigned.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing support to our customers who have purchased our WordPress themes and plugins via Email, Chat and Tickets and Forums.
- Extensive testing of new features for plugins before release and coordinating with Developers to resolve the issue.
- Reporting and maintaining bugs reported by customers in a systematic manner.
- Entertaining product related pre-sales query.
- Initiating new ideas for features as per customers request.
