Position: Web Designer

Education/Course

• Candidates having a minimum +2 degree can apply
• Candidates having certified training in the Web Designing courses will be a plus point

Competency & Skills 

• Analyze the requirements and research the feasibility as well as market trends for the design
• All stages of design activities: focusing on User Interface and User Experience
• Excellent knowledge in front-end languages like HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript
• Creative design using Photoshop/Illustrator or any other design tools
• PSD to HTML slicing with good speed
• Must be willing to work in accordance with the company's norms
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes
• Perform all phases of front-end development including requirements analysis, design, development and testing OR Executing all visual design stages from concept to final product delivery
• Knowledge on PHP will be plus point

Other Specific Requirements:

• Good command over English with a desire to expand your skills
• Passion for design, always learning and open to new ideas
• Candidates should be very focused and committed to achieving goals
