Client Relation/ Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with job portal team to assist in recruitment efforts
  • Develop all portal layout and maintain functionality of all site.
  • Supervise content for all pages and provide assistance to all personnel and external organizations.
  • Email and tele marketing of the system to the on board candidates and new possible candidates to register in our system
  • Formulate plans and strategy on how to increase the number of candidates or jobseeker in our job board
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Attending meetings with clients
  • Achieving client relationship targets
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain Clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address clients needs
  • Coordination with advertising vendors
  • Assist in report preparation
  • Other basic admin duties – filing, record keeping, correspondence etc.

Education:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Management , Administration , Human Resource or related field. 

Data Entry Operator

People2People is seeking candidates for Data Entry Operator having excellent command of English language (Speaking and Writing). Resourceful self-starter who has the confidence and skills to be part of a management team.

Key Requirements:

  • Intermediate passed.
  • Manage complex data entry responsibilities.
  • Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary.
  • Store completed documents in designated locations.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Strong computer skills MS Office, E-Mail, and Internet.
  • Keyboarding skills of 50 to 60 words per minute with 100% accuracy.
  • Formal computer training and extensive prior data entry experience will be an advantage.

HR Executive

Key Roles:

  • Develop talent acquisition / recruitment strategies and hiring plans
  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
  • Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts
  • Understanding clients’ requirement and making recruitment plans / processes as per clients’ need
  • Coordination with clients
  • Coordination with candidates
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, CV screening, screening calls etc.)
  • Coordination with advertising vendors
  • Assist in report preparation
  • Other basic admin duties – filing, record keeping, correspondence etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Management , Human Resource or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Excellent computer skills in MS – Package (word, excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Well-organized
