User Engagement Coordinator

Details / requirements:
This is a full time supervisory position. The candidate is required to demonstrate leadership and coordination skills. Coordinator oversees multiple projects as needed at the same time. Works with different team (Key Account, Sales, Support) to implement and execute various marketing plans and activities, including report generation, conduct surveys, advertising opportunities, and users/merchant acquisition. Reports to manage and coordinates with other department to manage company objectives, and activities.

- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Understanding of analytical and reporting skills.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills

- Organizing and Time Management Skills
- Patient and Creative.
Job Description:
- Prepare and analyze various reports related to user base. These reports should assist in user engagement.
- Coordinate with Intra/Inter department for different projects.
- Coordinate with Clients for user acquisition.
- Develop collaterals for marketing purposes. (Training Materials, User Manuals, Product Documents, Scripts, Videos, Website)
- Coordinate with Designers and Developers in making UI/UX user friendly and simple.
