Job Description

• 5+ years of technical hands-on experience on supporting and administering Systems and Applications
• Experience administering and supporting Windows products and Applications including Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, and SQL Server
• Experience administering and supporting VMware Products including VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon and VMware NSX
• Familiarity with Microsoft System Center will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Linux, Unix, BIND, LDAP
• To able to provide technical support to clients
• Expert in both LAN and WAN environments, with experience supporting multiple remote locations
• Coordinates with Service Providers/Vendors/OEM to ensure reliable and smooth service
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Positive, energetic, and self-driven attitude to continually develop technical skills and troubleshoot issues

Job Description

• Providing implementation and technical support related to Microsoft Windows Server, SCCM, SCOM, DPM and other Microsoft application
• Capable to troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Windows Server, SCCM, SCOM, DPM and other Microsoft application
• Analyze, install, monitor, migrate and support related to Microsoft Windows Server, SCCM, SCOM, DPM and other Microsoft application.
• Coordinates with service providers and vendors to ensure reliable service
• Manage a variety of support requests to completion to support the needs of our users and clients.
• Capable and comfortable in adopting and working on new technology
