Job Description

  • Handle seller financial management
  • Handle Fortnightly reconciliations with sellers
  • Handle vendor payments (trade), month end closing - inventory valuation, costing, solving vendor payments issues, payable
  • B2B receivables weekly and monthly reconciliation and follow-ups.
  • Preparation of weekly analytical reports for inventory and reporting purposes
  • Working with cross-functional departments to handle vendor management and optimize payment processes
  • Work on issues and suggest improvements for current operating systems
  • Analysis of data extracted from operating systems and databases for reconciliation and reporting purposes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • ACCA or Master’s degree in finance/Investment with minimum 2 years of experience in related field
  • Should have sound knowledge of Nepalese Tax and Laws.
  • Strong Reporting Requirements and capable of handling work pressure.
  • Detail oriented and organized; Must have prioritization abilities
  • Strong quantitative background – data-analysis experience, MS Excel knowledge, and presentation skills are expected
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
