Job Description:
- Follows and do the checklist and other daily job assigned by team leader or senior.
- Configure network hardware like servers, routers and switches
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Maintain, backup and restoration of switches/routers.
- Provide prompt and accurate support and communication to inter departmental staff and vendors.
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and patches.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Assisting network architects with the design of network models
Job Specification:
- Bachelor in Computer Engineering or any relevant field.
- Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching.
- Advanced knowledge of network vulnerabilities and security issues.
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control and monitoring of network infrastructure.
- Experience with firewalls, VPN’s implementation, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Good understanding of routing protocol with the experience of BGP
- Good communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Additional certification in network (CCNA/CCNP).
- Minimum 3 years of experience on related field.
