A renowned 3 Star Hotel in Kathmandu seeking for a young and smart candidate for the following position. 

Sales Executive (Male): 1 

Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm (should be flexible)

Salary: 25k to 30 K/ month 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Hospitality Management (BHM)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field
• Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
• Confident and dynamic personality

Job Description:

• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Identifying new customers, supporting sales and lead generation efforts
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
