One of the reputed Restaurant operating from last a decade situated in a prominent location in Kathmandu is seeking for a qualified and result oriented candidate for the post of Restaurant Manager

Required qualifications and experience:

1. Planning, Monitoring and apprising job results: Coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. 

2. Ensure efficient restaurant operation as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer service standards 

3. Restaurant marketing strategies 

4. Recruiting and hiring staffs, training. 

5. Coordinating daily restaurant, management operations 

6. Overseeing of food preparation 

7. Organizing of stock 

8. Checking the quality and size of the servings 

9. Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.

10. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction. 

11. Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant costumer complains 

12. Maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety precautions.

The candidates shall have good command in English and Nepali, proficiency in computer with pleasant personality.
