2020 NEPAL HEALTH FACILITY SURVEY (NHFS)

ICF Macro (ICF) has identified a need to secure the services of a research partner. ICF’s goal through the issuance of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify and engage a third party vendor who can offer research services for the 2020 Nepal Health Facility Survey (NHFS).

Proposal must be submitted in accordance with the requirements and must remain valid for sixty (60) days.

Your proposal complies with the following requirements:

1. Price Proposal: Firm Fixed Price

2. Anticipated Period of Performance: January 2020 – March 2021

Base Period: n/a

• Should an additional period of performance be required for this effort, a revised pricing proposal may be submitted. ICF reserves the right not to exercise additional option periods for any reason.

3. Question Submission Due Date: Monday, November 18, 2019, 4:00 PM EST
