Providing Skills Training and Job Placement to Human Trafficking Survivors and Those At Risk Under USAID Cooperative Agreement No. AID-367-A-17-00001

Winrock International, through the USAID Hamro Samman Project, is working to reduce the prevalence of human trafficking in Nepal by promoting dynamic partnerships, innovative approaches, and new technologies. Under a competitive process, Winrock seeks to award a grant to a company, organization or consortium registered in Nepal to provide vocational training and job placement services to human trafficking survivors and those at risk of being trafficked.

Application Submission Guidelines

Electronic application only to be submitted. Hamro Samman will not accept hard copies.

Electronic copies of the technical proposal and its associated attachments must be sent by email to Hamro.Samman@winrock.org.

Questions related to the submission of this RFA must be submitted by email to Hamro.Samman@winrock.org on or before April 13, 2019.

The deadline for submission of the application is May 12, 2019 5:00 PM Nepal Standard Time. Late applications will not be accepted. Winrock International reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.

Interested applicants will be invited to a pre-bid information meeting on April 18, 2019. Organizations are requested to notify Hamro Samman Project of their interest and register for the pre-bid information meeting on or before April 13, 2019 via Hamro.Samman@winrock.org
