REQUEST FOR APPLICATION (RFA)

from research organizations or consulting firms to conduct a “Public Perception Survey for measuring the level of understanding and confidence in the role of Civil Society Organizations and Media in Nepal”

FHI 360 , an international non-governmental organization, is seeking Applications from locally registered research organizationsor consulting firms to conduct a “Public Perception Survey for measuring the level of understanding and confidence in the role of Civil Society Organizations and Media in Nepal”under the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Civil Society: Mutual Accountability Project (CS:MAP).

Interested research organizations or consulting firms are requested to submit their Application based on the guidelines for submission of the Application. Guidelines for preparation of the Application can be requested through email: nepal.eoi@fhi360.org or a hard copy can be collected from the FHI 360 Nepal Office reception desk between 9:00a.m.to 5:00p.m. (Monday to Friday) until October 9, 2018.

Hard copy of the application along with electronic copies of all thedocuments in a CD can be submitted in a sealed envelope with the subject line “ Application for Research Organization” through the following mailing address:

Hand delivered to FHI 360 Nepal’s Country Office located in Anamika Galli, Baluwatar (Reception area, Ground Floor)

Deadline for submission of Application is October 15, 2018, 5:00p.m. (in case of submission through mailing address, only sealed envelopes postmarked before the deadline date will be considered). Application received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
