Representative Officer

Kathmandu Capital Limited is a national level public limited investment company with authorized capital of one billion. We aspire to be pioneer in investment sectors which include Hydropower, Infrastructure Projects, securities markets and other sectors.

We are looking for an experienced candidate for our Real Estate and Housing Projects. The candidate must be holder of at least bachelors degree and previous experience of more than 2 years in administrative and legal works for buy and sale of properties (land and house). The candidate will act as representative officer of the company for all administrative and legal works with Government Offices (Malpot/Survey Department/Valley Development Authority/MNO) and other authorities.
