Dharma Adventures has been operating trips in Nepal, Tibet & Bhutan for over 26 years. The company handles mainly deluxe and luxury clients and has offices set up in Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet.

Details / requirements:

Dharma Adventures Pvt. Ltd, a luxury adventure travel company, catering to an up market clientele, is looking for qualified and skilled full time professional for the positions specified below.

Receptionist - 01

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Receive and answer telephone calls politely and professionally, take messages and forward it to the concerned staff members accurately and immediately. 
  • Manage the front desk by providing friendly, polite and efficient interface between the company and visitors.  
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area by complying with policy and procedures of the company.
  • Log and Maintain outgoing and incoming letter and forward to the concerned personnel.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year of experience
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Fluency in written & spoken English.
  • Pleasing personality, good listener with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently & manage priorities.
  • Basic knowledge in domestic / international ticketing (preferred but not essential)
