• Must have completed bachelor level
• Previous experience as receptionist in same field is must
• Must be proficient in English and Nepali languages (spoken &   written)
• Should have computer skill (Ms Word ,Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet) and be presentable
• Must possess good telephonic manner
• Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
• Basic Report writing
• Excellent presentation skills
• Should be flexible and problem-solving skill
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and organize workload

Job Description

• Responsible to deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
• Answering questions and recording and addressing complaints
• Maintain records of visitors and clients and follow up in regular pace
• Assist administration on daily routine works
• Check, sort and forward emails on the basis of priority
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned
• Perform other general receptionist duties
