Job Description

  • Responsible to deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
  • Answering questions and recording and addressing complaints
  • Maintain records of visitors and clients and follow up in regular pace
  • Assist administration on daily routine works
  • Check, sort and forward emails on the basis of priority
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Take up other duties as assigned
  • Perform other general receptionist duties
