Network and Technical Professional Officer

Asst. Network and Technical support                                                                     2 Position 

REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for hardworking, leading and ambitious individuals who have the minimum 4 years of Professional Experience in Network and Technical Professional field and 2 years of experience in Network and Technical Support. The representative should be presentable, smart and having IT Graduates / Engineers in IT/Communication or Associate’s degree in IT, communications or the equivalent in training and experienceare also welcome. 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Network and Technical Professional Officer 

• IP Network Design & Configuration
• IP Communication
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Test and evaluate new technology

        Network and Technical support Staff.

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone or on a field, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
• Knowledge on Windows server and mikrotik router will be an advantage.

 NOTE: 

·     Preference will be given to candidates who plan to stay and grow with our company for the foreseeable future. The selected candidate should have to tied-up at least a year contract basis
